As part of the Tax & Business Advisory Division of EnVision Partners, Esther ensures all transactions, big and small, are accurate and fully accounted for.
She is also responsible for keeping the procedures for the compliance team up to date and the training of new staff members.
Esther's goals are to support customers to grow their wealth; help them develop their current skills in their job; and also assist them with their bookkeeping processes.
She believes that the best way to care for customers is to educate them on how they can improve, so that they can develop themselves, as well as their business.
